CLEAR BEFORE YOU BOOK
Quick Look includes 20 one-way driving miles from Newport. Other packages include 25 miles, except Commercial Pro and Full Production, which include travel within 100 one-way driving miles from Newport.
Beyond your included mileage, travel is $1.50 per additional one-way driving mile from Newport. This charge covers both directions; mileage is not doubled. Trips beyond 250 one-way miles require a custom quote. Multiple properties require an agreed scope.
Send your minor editing requests together within five calendar days after delivery. This covers brightness, color, cropping, or small video trims within the agreed scope.
Additional minor-edit rounds or requests after five calendar days are $35 per round, approved before work begins. Corrections to our own mistakes are free.
After we confirm your scope, total price, and date: bookings under $500 are payable immediately after capture, before editing begins. A card is securely saved at booking with your explicit authorization for the cancellation policy; no upfront service payment is collected. Bookings of $500 or more require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due before final files are delivered.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled shoot for no cancellation fee and a refund of any payment for work not performed. Client cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, including no-shows, carry a fee of 20% of the agreed total booking amount. We deduct this from any payment already collected and refund the rest, or charge the unpaid portion of the fee to your saved card only with your prior explicit authorization. The fee is never charged twice. Weather delays are excluded.
Weather rescheduling is free. If weather prevents the shoot and no replacement date works, payment for work not performed is refunded in full with no cancellation fee.
New footage, another shoot, or a substantially different edit requires a separate quote. We confirm the price before starting any additional work.
